Where it all began — the seed of ambition
One man's journey from civil services to changing thousands of lives. Ashwani Kumar Gaur, founder of PadleGuru, completed his graduation in Political Science Honours from Delhi University — and stepped boldly into the world as a UPSC aspirant, chasing his dream of becoming an IPS officer. Destiny had other plans. But every lesson from that relentless pursuit — the discipline, the hunger, the resilience — became the foundation of everything that followed.
The first classroom — 50 students, one vision
With knowledge earned and a fire to give back, Ashwani began teaching 50 students across Delhi — covering Economics, Political Science, Geography, History, English, and Business Studies. The dream of building something of his own, alive since his college days in 2018, was quietly taking shape. He didn't know it yet, but Mumbai was calling.
Destiny called — Mumbai answered
A new chapter began as Ashwani arrived in Mumbai and started teaching Mumbaikars and something deeper clicked. He discovered his true purpose — not just teaching subjects, but transforming people. From spoken confidence to interview readiness, from personality development to self-belief, he began helping others grow in ways that classrooms never could. Roots spread — from Delhi to Mumbai, from Mumbai to foreign shores.
